Introduction
Background
A client contacted me about building an application for their insurance company. They needed an app designed so they could assist customers and expand their business.
Problem
The insurer was having trouble providing attention to the number of customers they assisted and wanted to facilitate their process.
Goal
To create an application that will allow customers to log in, view their insurance policy, set up appointments and claims

Access to Necessary Tasks
Being able to file a claim or view the insurance policy at any moment on any screen
Information Overview
Having all the necessary information on the home screen for ease of use and simplicity
Ease of Appointments
Being able to provide time slots for appointments so the insurer is able to speak with their clients during specific breaks during their day.

Conclusion
Insights
After conducting large amounts of research on different competitors I found that not all the functions provided by other competitors should be applied to my client's application. Being able to simplify the process for the user and remove unnecessary options were key learning points from this project.
Improvement
Some revisions I would like to make on this application are possibly removing the menu on the bottom of the screen to increase simplicity, combining the support and appointment page, and finally combining the policy and ID card pages.
